Choose your exercise

Weekly WOD or Free WOD

Each week there is an official exercise (WOD) for the whole community. You can also practise any of the 6 available exercises in Free mode whenever you like, without limits.

Position your phone

Placement matters

The app shows you exactly where to place your phone for each exercise β€” usually sideways at shoulder or knee height, showing your full body. No special accessories required.

AI counts your reps

100% local processing

The pose detection model analyses your position in real time. It detects your joint angles and automatically counts each complete repetition. No video or image ever leaves your device.

Compete in your league

Your result joins the ranking

When you finish, your weekly score is sent to your league leaderboard. You compete with athletes at your level: improve and get promoted; slow down and you'll be relegated. The PowerScore summarises everything in a number from 0 to 9999.
