This legal notice governs the use of the WodGoD website and application (the "platform"), owned by Buy & Click, SL.

Accessing and using the platform grants user status and implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice, as well as in the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the platform's contents and services and not to use them for unlawful activities, activities harmful to third-party rights, or activities that breach applicable law.

Buy & Click, SL may suspend access to the platform, without prior notice, to any user who breaches these conditions.

The WodGoD trademark, logo, design, source code and platform contents are owned by Buy & Click, SL or by third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

The platform is provided "as is". Buy & Click, SL does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damages arising from use of the application, including potential physical injury. Consult a medical professional before starting any exercise programme.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao (Bizkaia), unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
