WodGoD is a service operated by Buy & Click, SL (Tax ID B-95612958), with registered office at Avda. Ribera de Axpe 11, 2D - 202, 48950 Erandio, Bizkaia, España. You can find the full owner details in the Legal Notice.

By registering and using WodGoD you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree, you may not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

WodGoD is a fitness competition platform that uses your device camera to count exercise repetitions using artificial intelligence, and lets you compete in leagues with other users.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the rep counter will work correctly on all devices.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One account per person only.

Your username must be appropriate: offensive, discriminatory, or impersonating names are not allowed. We reserve the right to modify or delete inappropriate usernames.

The platform operates in 6-week seasons. Every week features a WOD (Workout of the Day) that is active from Sunday at midnight until the following Sunday.

You may submit results as many times as you like during the week; only your best score counts. The WOD ranking updates in real time.

Promotions and relegations: at the end of each season, the top 25% of each league are promoted to the next league up and the bottom 25% are relegated to the league below.

Missed-week penalty: if you submit no result during an active week, a −10% penalty is applied to your PowerScore (capped at −10% regardless of how many consecutive weeks you miss). This penalty does not apply to Rookie athletes.

Full-streak bonus: completing all 6 WODs of a season without skipping any week awards a +5% bonus to your PowerScore at season close.

Rookies: athletes who join from week 3 of a season onwards are marked as Rookie. Rookies cannot be relegated, receive no missed-week penalty, and start in a league slightly below their assessed level so promotion is almost guaranteed.

It is prohibited to manipulate rep results, use scripts or automated tools, create multiple accounts to improve rankings, or any other practice that falsifies competition.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent deletion.

WodGoD and its logo are the property of its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the service without express authorisation.

Content you publish (profile photo, username) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to display it within the platform.

WodGoD is not responsible for injuries resulting from use of the application. Consult a medical professional before starting any exercise programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to €0, as the service is provided free of charge.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

You may delete your account at any time from the profile menu. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao (Bizkaia), unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
